Pleasant but huge lack of flavor in the dishes and cooking very fat but all homemade except onions in the very vinegared jar burger for a burger at 12 euros anyway!

Tested today on a fried cheeseburger price 12€ and...I'm not packed:La promise is nice: home cooking, fresh ingredients and smiled locally. Overall, the taste is there and it eats without worries but I put 2 stars for several reasons:Sur tasting, buns is dry, meat is too cooked and fries despite their good taste of potato are soft cooking mistakes? And on the promise of the fee and local, it's really a shame:Fromage industrial in my opinion in any case... and mayo/ketchup sauce Saxo made in Metro .And the egg cans produced eggs in bidon, mixed, pasteurized in the fridge go in this direction: the local approach is far from being as pushed as on the truck posters. And finally, too much waiting for a fried burger with few people to serve.So disappointed enough of the result, not at the height of other equivalent food trucks in the region. I hope you can find the motivation to work with less industrialized products and good continuation nevertheless!
