Crispy Fried Chicken Orange Halal Food

I usually don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I recommend you avoid ordering online. When I went to pick up my order, they told me they couldn't find it and claimed they couldn't issue a refund. I tried going back a second time, but they were closed, even though it was during their normal business hours. I won't be coming back for a third visit.

Terrible experience! Be cautious when ordering from this restaurant. Double-check your receipt! I felt like they overcharged me or added extra items I didn't request at every opportunity. I specifically ordered just a sandwich, and the staff confirmed with me multiple times that I only wanted the sandwich, to which I replied yes. However, when I checked the receipt, I found they charged me for a combo. The menu stated the sandwich was $11.99, but I was charged $13.38. When I questioned it, the employee claimed it was tax for the chicken sandwich. I also ordered wings by themselves, and they rang that up as a combo too. I realized this when I got home, so I called them to request a refund and have them charge me the correct amount. He said he didn’t know how to process that or couldn’t help me. I would advise steering clear of this place! They seem to be trying to take advantage of customers hoping they won't notice.

My husband and I stopped by to try the chicken and perhaps place a catering order. I was definitely impressed! The fried chicken was delicious and the beef kabob was great. We placed our catering order for our party and can't wait for our guests to enjoy it!

I walked in just after 1pm. There were 2 people eating and one person waiting. I ordered a shawarma sandwich that 's $11.99 on the menu. The register rang up as $13.73 after tax and he told me just pay cash, no tax, $13. Which is more than $11.99 Orange sales tax....Then I waited. I assume everything is just frozen in the back because the front of the restaurant is empty. There are no shawarma spits. All the food prep counters are just covered with cardboard boxes. 12 minutes later I finally got a sandwich that most places make in a minute or two. The bread was burned. The shawarma was not shawarma. It was like chopped up boiled chicken that had probably been recooked when I ordered. Like chewing rubber. I will not go back.

I had some amazing chicken wings. The owners are friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to try the other options on the menu.
