After ordering, we noticed three more cars still stuck in line around the corner. We ended up waiting another 15 minutes with absolutely no movement at the window or any sign of service. Frustrated, we decided to leave after more than 30 minutes of waiting for a drink we never received. I will never return to this Dunkin'. You'd actually save time by driving 20 minutes to a different location.

It's Dunkin'. You either love it or you hate it—there's no middle ground.
