I've been coming here for years before they changed to Hercules. I started coming in early 2000 Oh, and the food was just better and services enormous. The staff seems to be a great mix of family and friends. They all work together very well. Portions are Apple, food is not fat and is always fresh. We really enjoy the selection of diversity when someone wants a hamburger and another wants mexican and another feels like a circle that we can get everything in one place. Also top frits and onion rings. Thanks to Hercules
Back in the 90s and early 2000s I was a frequent visitor to the Greek Owned establishment known as 'Lucky Guys Burger ' in Santa Ana. Staffed by locals who knew the menu and food in and out was always a plus in my eyes. Hercules in my mind is like if they took the concept, doubled the space, increased the exposure, and doubled the menu items! Where some folks would say it 's American fast food I 'd say the mix of America, Latin, and European fast foods and homecooked items bring the perfect balance of flavor and comfort to the table. The prices are a little higher but with market inflation I understand they 're privately owned and operated with a quality standard that puts them in the same league as the 'Big Guys ' and their friendly staff is more than happy to give you a suggestion based on 'what you 're looking for '.
