Hokkaido Ramen - Orange

SUPER DELICIOUS! I cannot recommend highly enough. We got a Miso Ramen and Tonkatsu both were phenomenal and perfect temperature. We did wait a bit for food as everything is clearly fresh and made to order. Such a gem!

Great ramen. Portion sizes are great. Flavors are appear authentic to me. The seafood is a little disappointing. Kinda bland that is typical for Asian restaurants. Has a weird smell on its own, but great when incorporated into the whole dish. The beef bulgogi was amazing . I reccomend this place. Comparable to restaurants in New Haven, although not quite as good. Of course I'm splitting hairs. You palate may say differently. If you live south of New Haven, you should just go here.

Delicious ramen, even the noodles alone were very flavorful. We also got beef dumplings and they were delicious even before being dipped in sauce. Can’t wait to try more from here.

Absolutely fantastic! The food is incredibly delicious! My friend and I have been here three times now, and it’s become my favorite restaurant! There hasn't been a single dish I didn't enjoy! My favorite is the vegetarian smoked dish!

We enjoyed a trip here several times. it is always consistent, hot and tasty. shrimp tempura is crispy even after driving to home (the poke holes in the container to keep it crispy). this time we enjoyed bulgogi udon and japchae. ramen is also delicious! will continue to patron, at some point to eat.
