Drive thru on cold raning night at 5pm no one in line. I paid. Next window I got soda and told to drive up to next food window. I sat there for a long time and noticed 5 to 6 cars at first window behind me got food and drove away. I backed up to 1st window. Oh ya here 's your order, sorry. I grabbed a FF driving out. COLD. I Parked car, went in to get hot FF. I stood at counter for awhile before I was greated by manager. Manger was not helpful or friendly at all. Gave me COLD FF again, COLD BURGER AND REALLY OLD HARD BUN.I now remember why I DON 'T GO TO Mc DONALD 'S. HORRIBLE on allapects.
This location rarely fails. The staff bluntly ask what you want. I mean, I could have sworn, Welcome to MC Donalds , or some basic greeting was fast food/retail 101. It’s cool that people become nice if you break the ice, but, no, there shouldn’t be all this ice to break in the first place. Training…these companies grab anyone with a pulse for cheap and do nothing about their basic public communication skills. Saddddd.
