Contribuisci feedbackAsked the young lady behind the counter how much is it to upgrade to chips and a drink. She replied it depends on the sandwich...to her each sandwich changed the price of a combo. I asked so if 2 different sandwiches AT THE SAME PRICE would have an effect on the combo price... her answer was !?!?YES!?!?. So why?... She said That 's what we do. Sounds like fraud to me. So it will cost more for a combo with certain subs and less with others even if the subs are the same price. So if you go to Subway Roll the dice on how much you will be charged for those chips and drink... life is a lottery Be Lucky This young Lady should not work with the public if that 's how she treats the general public. I do have some advice she should take 2 week off then quit.I hope management can explain this logic thnx
This Subway in the middle of the Outlets of Orange food court is your pretty standard Subway. What's odd is when Charley's across from it has a line, Subway doesn't. I could just be Charley's is more unique and Subways are everywhere, so people are trying something different, but that doesn't diminish this particular Subway. Service is what you expect, nothing special, just efficient. We split a 12 meatball sandwich which was enough for us. I actually think it's one of the better sandwiches they have. I do like being able to eat outside and people watch. Their inside dining room is smaller than your average Subway though so if it cold or raining, there are not a lot of places to sit.
EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS LOCATION. Just ordered a sandwich through door dash, totally different ingredients (but it was my order) came with my first sandwich, i ordered again so i can eat after a long day at work, failed second time as well, even had my allergic ingredients in it this time. It seems like the worker doesnt even care about instruction. Whoever made these, shame on you.
Had to pick up an order for Postmate, they didn’t have the bread the customer ordered, decided not to make anything at all. Employees were just hanging out, looking talking on their phones. When I came back from speaking to Postmate support, it was by closing time. So instead of simply telling me that the store is closed, the owner decided to give me attitude, saying it’s not their problem. I doubt he’d treat customers any better. To be honest, I don’t even know how they’re still in business.
Got my footlong sandwich ordered for pick up. It was done on time but only 6 inches. Had to wait for another half to be prepared. Few things were missing: tomatoes, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar on my first half. Watched the girl making second half and had to tell her what to put on it like she couldn't read the receipt but she still forgot tomatoes.
