I tried to pay for my meal with a card, but as I was inserting it into the machine, the woman aggressively took the card from my hand, tapped it, and forcefully returned it to me.

The food at this restaurant is good, but they are consistently late in opening their doors. Almost every day they open late, sometimes not until 5:25am or later, despite advertising an opening time of 5am. Customers waiting in the drive-thru and outside are frustrated by the delay in opening. It is important for the restaurant to adhere to their advertised opening time to provide better service to their customers.

They do not give door dash all your order then it takes for ever to get a refund

Been buying doughnut at this spot my whole life it seems. Several different owners, and the quality remains great.
