Frankly we came here because its close to our house, it's family friendly, and we wanted to avoid those large crowds that were also out for dinner that day. It's a smaller location compared to some other Ruby Tuesdays in the Orlando area. Upon arrival, we were immediately seated at a booth and given a high chair for our son. Our waitress greeted us and got us some waters before we ordered any food. She was pleasant and complimented our son. For dinner, my husband got the hickory bourbon chicken and a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli. I got the hickory bourbon salmon with broccoli and fries. Our orders came out within 10 minutes. The portions were ample and appetizing. My fries was crisp and had enough salt while the broccoli was also soft and green. The salmon was tasty and the sauce was very good and had a zing to it. My husband's chicken was good but he did comment that it had too much pepper. For dessert, we ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream out of a tall glass. The presentation was appetizing although I wish there was an option for brownie instead of cake. But overall a solid meal for dinner and we went home stuffed.
Went in for the buy a babyback rib get one free coupon, the coupon was only good on april7. When we arrived there on a wait thats cool but there only like 12 tables in the whole place. Then they announce there out of hamberger buns because they have a coupon for those also. Out of product and not enough help when these are planned sales drivers for your company rhere is no excuse. When we wefe sat we were the 9th table in the dining room. Our server rosa l was awsome fast had great hospitality. There were atleast servers begging the host to be sat. No manger in sight. The food came out fast service was good. Lacking leadership there was no reason to wait for 40 minutes for a table
Permanently closed! Note on door says this location has closed permanently as of August 24th (likely earlier, but that's when we tried to visit. Manager at the Perkins down the street said he thinks RT had been closed for about a week. Sad to see them go. Salad bar croutons were the best!
Dining room is open, service is great, food is wonderful, the beer is cold, the ribs are hot.
I will give this location 5 stars based solely on the reason that management listens. I was there several weeks ago and mentioned that the ladies room needs a purse hook and she took care of this. A few weeks later, there it is! Thank you! The food... well there 's a great garden bar that is constantly being refreshed. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and sufficient. UPDATE: We just left there after having the worst service I 've had anywhere in a long time. Our server never bothered to check back, and as a result, we finished our meal without any drinks. She did however seem to be doing a great job entertaining the guests at the bar. It took her two tries to bring me a couple of boxes for my leftovers after I went to the bar to remind her. The food was also not up to par. The jumbo shrimp were the smallest I 've ever seen and I 'm pretty sure I could 've done better at a fast food restaurant. It seems this place has gone downhill since they hired new management and as a result probably won 't be visiting again in 2020.
