Ihop - Orange Lake

I had an excellent southwest omelet made with fresh ingredients such as avocado and shredded beef, comparable to what you'd find in more upscale restaurants. The pancakes were amazing as well. I highly recommend this place!

While on vacation with friends, we stopped by this IHOP, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. We called in our order and drove over; as soon as we walked in, the food was ready for us. The staff was friendly, and we felt safe and comfortable inside, even during COVID, as we all wore masks. Although we didn't dine in, the process of picking up our order was pleasant. Everyone absolutely loved the pancakes! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

I've only had one bad experience since moving to Jacksonville and dining at this location. Other than that, the service is excellent; my cup is always filled with sweet tea, and they make the best omelets of all the places I've tried in the surrounding area.

Busy place does tell you something. Great food, standard fare for a pancake house. You do get plenty to eat and it has always been delicious. My family and I love IHOP.

I visited last night, December 5, 2022, and I can confidently say it was my last visit. The food was terrible, and the service was lackluster. My soft-cracked eggs were actually brown! They looked like they had been baked on a dirty grill and sprinkled with old grease from French fries or fish. I tried to speak with a manager but was told that no one was available. When I asked who was in charge, my server rudely informed me that it was her! After that experience, I paid my bill and even left a 24% tip—though I use the term "server" loosely—before I left to avoid saying something I might regret. This will definitely be my last trip to the IHOP at 315 Blanding Blvd in Orange Park, FL.
