Jimmy Hula's Orange Park

The tacos here are incredible! They're packed with flavor, and I usually order three, which leaves me pleasantly stuffed. Each taco delivers a delightful burst of flavors that dance on my taste buds. I've tried all their tacos, and I have to say the Kingston is my favorite, followed closely by the Jimichurri and then the Killer. The restaurant itself is clean, and the island-inspired atmosphere is really nice. The customer service could improve, though. On my last visit, my wife was a bit let down. She ordered the Gnarly nachos, and after we sat down and waited for our food, we were told they had run out of queso. We were given the choice to wait 20 minutes or just go without it. It was surprising since we were the first customers when they opened. Overall, this place is fantastic, and I’m looking forward to returning.

The manager, Jeff, is fantastic. One day, he gave me a complimentary meal after he noticed some teenagers throwing mud on my car from the adjacent lot. It was certainly unexpected, but I truly appreciate it, especially with the delicious food!

We recently relocated to Jacksonville and decided to try Jimmy Hula's for the first time, and it was fantastic! At first, I was a bit worried about the menu prices since they are higher than your average burger and taco joint. However, I quickly understood the reason: the menu features unique dishes, fresh ingredients, and incredible flavor combinations. And let me not forget to mention the variety of fries available! This was our initial visit, but it definitely won’t be our last at Jimmy Hula's Oakleaf!

Luis, the bartender, is fantastic! He’s an all-around wonderful person—very friendly and cheerful. Exactly what my son and I needed! The food, as always, is G.R.E.A.T.

I give it 5 stars solely because the cashier was excellent at his job; otherwise, I would rate it 3 stars. The food is mediocre at best. The Cajun seasoned fries are the only item I'd consider returning for, but I probably won’t be back.
