Ruby Tuesday's - Orange Park

It appears that Ruby Tuesday has issues with consistency in its menu offerings. Every time we visit, there's something new, and just when we begin to enjoy a particular dish, it vanishes. During our latest visit, our waitress seemed rather inexperienced. When we inquired about the menu, she lacked sufficient information, leading to meals that were quite different from what we anticipated. It was definitely an interesting experience. We'll need to observe how much the menu changes during our next visit before we decide whether to give it another chance.
