Contribuisci feedbackThis location is usually good about the food. I specifically said no tomato and no ice in my drink. I can let the ice slide but when I say no tomato, I mean no tomato!
The food at Taco Bell was quite good and satisfying. However, I want to address the service, which was far from pleasant. The drive-thru staff seemed disinterested, and their greeting felt unwelcoming. When the woman at the drive-thru took our payment, she spoke to us in a condescending manner, like a parent directing a child, instructing us to drive to the front of the store and wait for our order to be brought out. My husband and I ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes for our food. Although Taco Bell has recently undergone a complete renovation, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and off during our visit.
The tacos tasted like dish soap and the beans in the burrito we're rancid. It was awful! I have eaten here before and had no issues but not again after today. I understand one bad item but 4?!
I went through the drive-thru, and placing my order was a bit challenging since the employee struggled with clear communication. They didn’t repeat my order accurately and seemed to have trouble listening, which led to some incorrect prices showing on the screen. However, the food was warm, the right items were provided, and it tasted good.
I ordered the burrito supreme, a hard taco supreme, and a drink, and I added an extra hard taco supreme. I was charged for the hard taco supreme, but they only gave me a regular taco. I wasn't too pleased about that. So, make sure to check your order before you leave the drive-thru!
