We walked in, not expecting much after seeing the layout and plastic tablecloths; but appearances can be deceiving (as they say)! We asked for the Prawn Satay, and Garlic Prawns just two dishes, as we were not very hungry. The prawn satay was ok (the satay sauce was really good); but the garlic Prawns were fantastic. Generous helpings of large prawns, with a tangy sauce on a bed of grated carrots. So good, that we asked for another plate!! Service was quick and fast; and very friendly. And its a BYO as well
The food was terrible. Definitely the worst Thai we’ve ever had. We ordered beef and mushrooms in oyster sauce and chicken with cashews that both tasted the same. The watery sauce was inedible with the most disgusting flavour and aroma.
A good cheap-eat restaurant in downtown Orange. The green curry is very good. Lots of vegetarian choices. The staff are very friendly. Very quick service. Car parking in front of the restaurant on Summer Street.
What a great little find of Orange Thai. Was recently visiting Orange overnight. The food was very tasty and the staff excellent service. It was late on a Saturday night when we visited and there were only a few tables of diners left. But a continual flow of take away orders were going out the door. Would highly recommend
It is surprisingly spacious inside. On offer is a very extensive menu with all the usual favourite Thai dishes. The dishes we chose were tasty with generous serving size. My only complaint in a restaurant only 20% occupied due to COVID was the service was very slow. There seem to be lots of take out orders which probably delayed our meal.
