American Deli - Orangeburg

I won’t be returning to this restaurant! I ordered what was advertised as a Gyro, along with five wings and french fries. However, I found out that the french fries were not included with the meal; they were an added option that I was informed about only after I ordered. I refuse to swipe my card again for something I already thought was included, especially for just an additional $2. It’s absurd that I ended up paying $17 for what felt like half a meal and there wasn’t even a drink included. Be aware that what you see in the pictures may not reflect what you actually receive. $17 is quite steep for an average Gyro and five tiny chicken wings.

The employee seemed more focused on their phone than actually working. I ordered lemon pepper wings but received hot wings instead. My friend placed his order right after me, and shortly after that, three other customers arrived and ordered. They all received their food before my friend, and we ended up waiting another ten minutes for the employee to finish the order. Additionally, there was significant water damage on the ceiling. I definitely should have chosen a different place to eat. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The food I received included dark chicken wings that were overly hard, which unfortunately caused me to break a tooth. Additionally, I noticed an underage employee working long hours. However, I must say that the best worker at this establishment is Miami.

When I first wanted here, it was a great place to go get some food, but now it is just want down so fast. The food was half way cook and was a little annoying.

Not a place to get subs.. small amounts don't understand customer requests.. big money for poor quality
