The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. I frequently visit and always find the staff to be very good, polite, and professional.

I am disappointed that a coffee shop known for its large coffees served such a terrible shot of espresso. The burnt espresso for $1.99 was not enjoyable, and the donuts were already stale by 11:30 am. I would recommend going to the diner next door if you want coffee. I only tried the espresso, so I cannot speak to the quality of the other coffee options.

Coffee sucks;Service is good but milkshakes are to die for..The staff struggle with detail in European english but make up for it in effort and enthusiasm.

I was given 2 large scoop cones for my kids without being asked about the size and they simply deducted it from my gift card. Not a very considerate thing to do. 340 calories each. It's no wonder people struggle with weight issues.

The ice-cream looked good, the selection of donuts were probably par for a weekend afternoon, the beverage and food choices were typical for most Dunkin' Donuts, but the Hash Browns were the worst I've ever tasted. My son, who usually loves their Hash Browns, and orders a second bag, didn't even finish his first--not because he was full, but because they did not taste good.We would return, but would order something else.
