Dairy O - Orangeburg

I have always enjoyed dairy O since I was a little girl, now 33, I enjoy taking my own kids there to enjoy the burgers, fries, shakes and ice cream I have loved over the years! Only thing I hate now, is the prices. Over $6 after tax for a single cheeseburger. Lord have mercy! And nevermind if they slack me on the onions. I love the way the dairy o cheeseburger comes loaded with onions, it's my favorite part. . however, don't let me order a cheese burger, no tomato and another with no onions smh. Both gonna have no onions or either the one with no tomato gonna have 5 little onions on it. Pay attention to the orders and give your customers a break. Ain't no way we should have to pay that much for a fake patty on a burger, anywhere.

If you are a big eater they have good food one burger is more than enough eat

I used to visit this place as a child and hadn’t been there in nearly 20 years. When I walked in, the smell hit me—it was like a grease factory. The kitchen appeared quite dirty, which surprised me given that they had an A rating. The burger was all right, but it only had pimento cheese, a hamburger patty, and I think a bit of onion on the bun. I wouldn’t choose to go back.

My order was messed up, and the fries were undercooked. Some staff members had a bit of an off attitude. The fish and chicken tenders tasted as if they had been fried twice. I’ve heard this place used to be great, but I probably won't be back... the burger had a flavor that suggested the grill needed a good cleaning.

The place was dirty when I went in. Paper was all over the floor. It was worse than what the traditional Dairy O is known for. It needs to be cleaned before that A goes on the door. Servers act like they didn't want to be there.
