Marco's Pizza - Orangeburg

5 stars for the young lady working. Placed an order online and got there before it was ready. Young lady said she was the manager and no one else showed up to work. She was running the place by herself. She was super nice, rose was right, and pizza was hot. Franchise owner should be ashamed that this happened though.

They completely ignored the details of my order. The customer service was poor that day.

I was staying at a hotel in Orangeburg and ordered Marco's Pizza for delivery at 9:30 PM, paying with a credit card. At 9:00 PM, I received a call informing me that the delivery driver had quit and my pizza wouldn't be delivered. I was offered a refund, which I gladly accepted. Unfortunately, that left me without any dinner options on a Wednesday night in a small town. The next day, I checked my bank account and saw no credit for the refund. When my wife called to resolve the issue, she was given the wrong store number for corporate and was told that it would take about 10 days to receive the refund. I will never order from Marco's again; I would rather eat canned soup heated in the microwave than go through this experience again.

Vegetarian options: They offer a variety of veggie pizzas and plenty of salads.

Great little pizza shop. Carried out hot and fresh.
