Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Orangeburg

This store was very busy. The employees lacked good customer service skills. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. I didn't receive a thank you for my business nor an apology for the wait. I love Popeyes, but it will be a long time before I return to this location.

I gave them 4 stars 2 years ago, but they are very slow in drive through. Attitudes is the worst. I been trying to call the manager and nobody pick up the phone. They need to close down and retrain there people. They need train with Chick-fil-A. Great customer service. On the website that says open at 10 o'clock when you call them they say 1030 when you go to popeye's they say there not open until 11. Smdh

Last night was our first visit to the Popeyes in Orangeburg, and it was fantastic! The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My husband and I will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work, managers and employees!

The renowned chicken served here is consistently hot and delicious.

Customer service was very nice. It was really busy, but the service was fast. I finally tried the chicken sandwiches. The original chicken sandwich with Mayo is nothing to brag; Now the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is quite definitely trying again, only wished it had more spicy sauce on it. Both meats are juicy and delicate the spicy chicken sandwich is more tasteful. FYI You are now prefabricated, unfortunately you can not make any changes to them if you want extra sauce or no pickles that they don’t do it
