Starbucks - Orangeville

After mixing up my drink for the third time, they attempted to fix it by serving me the same incorrect drink again. It feels like this location is managed by inexperienced staff, as they consistently take shortcuts and make things more complicated. Unfortunately, the customer service at Starbucks has really declined.

The girl was super nice. She remembered me from the other Orangeville Starbucks. Fast and friendly service. Nice renovations. It's been open since 14 Feb 2019, so they've been open just over a year. Has drive thru. Convenient location. Needs a bigger sign showing its there.

It was quite busy when we arrived. I was disappointed that my white mocha didn't even fill to the top; it made me feel as though this location wasn't worth visiting anymore.

Went in on Sunday afternoon and waited in line. Staff were juggling multiple tasks. informed them i placed order via app and they quickly gave me the order as requested. Seems clean, efficient staff and plenty of parking around.

This is a fantastic location! They always get your customized beverage just right on the first try. The only downside is that the phone network reception here is poor.
