Got an iced capp and it wasn’t until i got to the bottom where i found two black things floating in it, one looking like a fruit fly. quality has gone down Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10

Very poor service!!!! Do not recommend!! I waited for around 15 minutes for two wraps. I was the only customer there!! Staff was busy cleaning the machines and roaming here and there!! Two employees standing there to chit chat while looking at me and ignoring!! The chicken wasn’t cooked well !!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

This location gets our order wrong 9/10 times. Order a steeped tea, get a coffee, order a coffee double double get a coffee black. They get the food right most of the time but never the drinks. It’s happened more than 5 times now. Service: 1

Drive thru service on Friday, February 9th at about 12:30pm was very poor. The woman argued with me whether my scan and pay app worked or not. It's connected to my card, and I've worked at Tims before, I know she had selected the wrong button and didn't correct her mistake. When I told her to scan it a third time, it suddenly worked after she fiddled on the computer (as she was gossiping about it infront of me with a coworker). I was given no straw for my drinks, no butter for the bread for soup. Because she argued with me in regards to my app and decided to talk to her coworker about it while I was still there, I wasn't comfortable enough to go grab a straw inside. This is one of many times the service has been poor and no pun intended-definitely the last straw. My family's business will be taken elsewhere. Please retrain your staff on manners and how to work the order computer. And no I will not contact any further to speak of the experience, nothing ever comes of it. Thankyou.
