Mighty Taco - Orchard Park

I usually have a great experience with the food, but yesterday, February 28, 2022, was different. I ordered a large but received a small, I requested hot sauce but it wasn't added, and the food was cold instead of hot like it usually is. I was really disappointed. I didn't want to raise a complaint because I was in a hurry and had somewhere to be.

I understand that everyone in Buffalo is a huge fan of Mighty Taco, but I'm not one of them. While the chili nachos are tasty, I was disappointed to see that they changed the chips from long and flat to small and round. This makes it really difficult to eat the nachos by hand.

I never thought I'd give Mighty Taco a five-star rating again, especially since they switched to strip chips years ago, which have always been inconsistent. Today, I had a beef and cheese taco along with a bag of Tostitos chips. The taco was tasty, but the Tostitos really elevated my experience! It was refreshing to enjoy tortilla chips that weren't stale. I hope Mighty Taco will continue using them or at least give customers the option to choose between strip chips and regular chips.
