I rarely post reviews but I didn't like my experience at Route 20 Ice Cream. We ordered large rootbeer floats for $6.50 each. There was very little ice-cream in the float and almost no rootbeer. I asked if we were able to get the reminder of the cans of rootbeer to fill the float. I was told no. Every other ice-cream place we go to gives the remainder of the can or bottle so you can continue to fill the float. We had nothing but foam. What are they going to do with that remaining rootbeer? Bad floats and a bad experience.

Ordered a small hard ice cream in a dish, 1 scoop Perry’s vanilla and 1 scoop Perry’s raspberry swirl. My ice cream comes out all vanilla with raspberry syrup mixed over top and covered in rainbow sprinkles. Not sure if it were because they were busy or due to miscommunication. Saw 3 other orders messed up in the entirety of the 10 minutes I was there.

Zero stars for zero class. The ladies stared at me with unpleasant faces and both flatly and rudely said, “we don’t have any gelato,” when my family went up to the window, said hi excitedly and asked what flavors they have. Their rude and cold behavior left a bad taste in our mouths and we left to go to another ice cream shop. Won’t be going there again and will let everyone know that there are other nice places to go and get ice cream.
