Cold Stone Creamery - Orcutt

I ordered a half gallon to take home and had to request more toppings when the server scraped the leftovers out of the container and poured it over my ice cream. I was disappointed to find only a few toppings in this $20 purchase. Sadly, I will not be returning to this Cold Stone location. Additionally, the restaurant always seems dirty - do they not care about the appearance of their kitchen?

This restaurant is a charming family-owned franchise. They always have a wide variety of flavors to choose from and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.

There were only three staff members working, yet I still had to wait about 15 minutes to place my order, with only one person ahead of me. All of the employees appeared miserable, but one in particular was extremely unfriendly and seemed irritated every time I tried to interact with them. Despite the fantastic ice cream, the overall customer service was terrible.

The owners are really great people! They add so much to our community. We are very pleased with their service at tubs establishment and great quality ice cream! Thank you for serving the Orcutt community!

3 workers yet I had to wait for about 15 mins to order and there was only 1 person infront of me. All of the workers seemed like they hated life. One in particular was so stand offish and keep giving them looks of I'm annoyed don't talk to me while huffing and puffing. The ice cream was amazing but the customer service was appalling.
