Contribuisci feedbackI'm not sure what I did to be treated as I was, but I made myself feel terrible about myself. I felt like the whole crew of the workers had a problem with me and I don't know why. After I got my food, I could see the waiter and the chefs talking to each other and look at me, but no one would come to my table until it was time to pay off, but continue to help other tables. I felt ignored, obedient and as I did not hear. I was the loser and they were the popular children. No one should leave the breakfast as they made me feel. They didn't even say Bye when I left the lady on the counter, she actually turned back to me when she saw me go on the way. Idk what happened to this place, but if that is how they treat people, I will not return.
The first time in this place tried and was very disappointed. When I entered immediately, I could see the cook in sight on his phone, then we were from a very nice server that was attentive and professional. My fight is with the kitchen staff. If you have an open kitchen environment, the chefs must act and look professional at any time. After the cook was made on his phone, he immediately went to touch the ingredients for my Omelet and never once during my meal I saw the cook wash his hands. NOT. ONCE. between cooking other cartridge dishes. The whole dining room smells like fat that tells me the kitchen is probably just as dirty as the cook. I've never had biscuits food before, yes, I have come with high hopes that the food would be good. No. Bland, institutional and the bacon is obviously a few hours old. It takes 3 minutes to cook fresh bacon. Come on. This may seem silly, but why are you playing loud static radio advertising in the dining room? How to set an atmosphere! Oh, good. I tried. But I wouldn't suggest it and I wouldn't come back.
A very good service. Would not complete an order in the restaurant. Online and phone to go were not available, so I went there and waited over 15 after said they needed to sit the waiting costumer. Usually no problem, but everyone sits after me when I wanted to order, was cookies and gravy. I'd better have to do with sitting and ordering. Will never go back.
Good food and the staff was friendly! Although there seems some beef between some of them! Answer to the owner: Thanks for the answer! Maybe I didn't interpret the situation correctly, it just seemed like there were two employees who frustrate outwards. Nothing crazy seemed like they were upset! I understand! It's happening! It just took away from one of my 3 experiences at this point! I love the food and the staff! Only the morning gave me a bad taste! Again, I understand. Workers can be annoying! But learning how to communicate with each other in your frustration and not before customers is a good ability to learn / learn!
We've eaten at another location before and we were not disappointed here either. WE LOVE BISCUITS CAFE!!! We ordered the BLT Sandwich, the Chili Burger, and the Grilled Chicken Greek Salad. It was all delicious! In fact, we decided to come back for brunch tomorrow. ? ?? Our server was really nice, thoughtful, and attentive. We were, however, a bit repulsed by the unsanitary actions of another server who was sitting at a nearby table marrying the condiments, replacing the dispensing lids with her bare, unwashed, ungloved hands after refilling them; a clear food safety violation sticking her unwashed fingers in the food product customers are then going to put in their mouths. Especially after she'd brush those fingers through her hair or touch her face and clothes without washing them. Staff should be following all food safety practices, pandemic or not, to avoid spreading foodborne germs and pathogens. Zero excuses for that kind of behavior.
