Contribuisci feedbackThe pizza is pretty good the wait can be long and sometimes they take a while to help you pay. I waited for like 7-10 minutes at the paying counter waiting while they where making online orders overall it’s good pizza and good nice workers.
I'm done with Mod Pizza. Second time now I've walked in and stood waiting to order a pizza while the person(s) behind the counter ignored me while working on online orders. Tonight my wife and I stood there while the young lady making pizzas jacked around finally telling us we'd have to wait while she completed a couple of online orders. She then proceeded to lay out six order slips. I don't know about everyone else but I've always viewed a couple as about two!! She wasn't what I would call a highly motivated employee as she plodded along. She was under the watchful eye of the guy behind her baking pizzas and making up pizza boxes. Neither of which seemed to be a critical full-time endeavor. Did he step up to help her out?? Nope!! I'm done standing there and being ignored. There are many other places to go where service is a priority and the food is as good or better. Get a clue!!
I'm not one to leave poor reviews but Holy cow! We have eaten here many times and never been like this. People are waiting well over 15 minutes just to pay after placing order. My online order is 20 minutes past due and counting with others ahead of me. The worst part is that there is no sense of urgency by the person who seems to be in charge. People are sitting for almostb30 minutes just for their pizza to go in the oven. I love the pizza and give it 5 stars for taste and flexibility but the service tonight is unbelievable. They are so messed up today that I have waited 30 minutes while one woman at the counter has her pizza ready before she has even paid for it!!
For a corporate chain restaurant, I love the customizing of your own pizzas and the reasonable price. However, they have an unusual policy of serving online orders ahead of walk-in/ in-person customers. Friday night at 5 o’clock I had to wait 20 minutes watching them make computer orders before greeting me.
They made the order incorrectly, and when I called to request they correct the mistake and resend it, I was told I would have to pay the delivery fee again and wait at the back of the line! They offered to refund half the cost of the order, but not return the coupon I used to pay for the other half. I had already waited far longer than the amount of time the order was supposed to arrive. All around highly disappointing experience find a place that values their customer's experience. This place really doesnt.
