The servers were great. So kind. But this place is dirty. From the minute I walked in, I saw dirt in the corners of the entry. Not just dust dirt, crumbs. yuck. The booths are coming apart. The bathrooms are worse than a gas station. Everything is broken. But at least there is hand soap. They were out of ic a cream...very wierd. Shari's parent company what are you doing?! Either fix them or let them go. This is a disgrace. I felt sorry for the staff. Unfortunately, nice as they were, I just don't do dirty. Can't go back.

Staff was friendly but there was only a single wait person for the whole store. Was not her fault but, service was poor. Air conditioning was not working well. Bathroom was dirty. Wait person had to hunt for clean silverware.
