Starbucks - Oregon City

The last 2 times I went in, they lost my order for food. Waited 15 minutes for them to get it to me. Will not be returning. Never good service here.

I’ve been ordering my food and coffee from here frequently through Uber eats. The order is always correct and done well. Even down to the little details! They always write my name cute on the bag and are not selfish with the sriracha sauce. They always give me plenty. Sometimes it’s the little details like that. Keep up the good work!

Long wait and the line was not handled well but server and food were great.

Every time I go to this Starbucks the people that work there are extremely unpleasant, they get the orders wrong, they feel disgusted when I mention something is wrong instead of fixing the problem even though it's their fault. Place is always dirty, NO MANNERS, FILLED WITH COMPLETE RUDENESS.

Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! I had come from another Starbucks that served me a latte with burned oat milk. I explained this to Kaitlyn and she immediately made new a new drink. Even though I explained it was a different Starbucks that made it poorly. She was delightful. Made my morning!
