Best sushi! We moved to Hillsboro recently but when we want good sushi we make the drive to Fuji's! Good food, good service, and recently remodeled.

First place was disappointment. Reviews looked half way descent, so I gave it a try. We decided to try the Grill. Bad mistake. They only had one Cook for the two grills. Literally I had to wait 45 minutes to get a plain salad and then another 30 to get some tasteless noodles. By the time I got my vegetables and the chicken the noodles were super cold. Not worth it. Celebrated a birthday here with family and was so impressed with the experience and the food! Will definitely be back.

I had the seaweed salad. Very disappointed as it was 90% cucumbers. Would never order again. I also had the rainbow roll. Rice was tough and dry. Could not taste the sweet vinegar seasoning in the rice.. I was not offered any sauces. Had to ask for spicy mayo, eel sauce and house special sauce. Our server was very busy and did an adequate job but didn't have much staff support. Only one server on duty at 630pm. Others in my party nisaid the grilled items were overcooked.
