Komo Sushi - Oregon

I ordered 8 nigiri, tempera appetizer and tonkatsu Ramen. First, I called before making the 40 minute drive. Yes, we have blue fin tuna. I arrived, no blue fin. Stupid new person. She Second the rice was extremely dry! Tempera was far from what I’ve had there before. Dense-heavy flour caked on. No crunch. F grade. Finally, the broth for the ramen smelled like dog food. A new cook, obviously. It went from 4.5 to avoid the poor culinary skills. 59.00 dollars for disappointing food.
