First time here. Great food, good prices, amazing beer, even better service. Very clean and new heavy timber construction building.

A must see! Delicious home cooked food, generous portions and tasty beer. Best of all the rustic timber lodge-style restaurant is beautiful!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, and of course representing some log town pride! It’s where we go to celebrate with my family on special occasions, can’t recommend long timber brewing enough.

Great place to enjoy good food in a unique environment. While it’s a brewpub — the decor emphasizes its lumber/sawmill origins, one member of our party recognized their ancestors in the authentic photos. They have a lot of beer and wine selections, as well as some comfort-food options with a twist. The food tastes great, and the service is the best! They are open Wednesday — Saturday, and have outdoor pet-friendly seating for when the weather is good.

First time at Long Timber Friday night, December 30th. Pouring down rain. Big surprise was the dinner salad. Usually not up to my standards in freshness and quality of ingredients. This salad was awesome. Vinegrette dressing (on the side) very good too. Too early for prime rib dinner, so I opted for the quesadia with chicken. Quite tasty. I would drive the 27 minutes from my home just to order the salad.
