Sybil's Omelettes - Oregon

I have been here twice. Each time I was served by the same server, I think her name was Lex. The food is absolutely amazing, the prices are fabulous. Quite probably one of the best breakfast restaurants I've ever been to.

It's been a long time since I last ate there. Everything was great. Priced right. One of the better breakfast places in Salem

This was my first time going there and I will be back there food is excellent the service is great atmosphere is wonderful.

I've gotten takeout from Sybil's a couple times now and have been very happy both times. I will definitely continue to order from them or come in when I am more comfortable doing so. Servers are friendly and helpful both on the phone and in the restaurant. Takeout is never the ideal way to enjoy food, but they have done a good job of packing it for transport.
