The Steakhouse At 9900 - Oregon

We were fortunate enough to get the best waitress ever, the steak was cooked perfect (Medium) witch in Portland seems to be hard to do. crème brulee was spot on, atmosphere was perfect, for a mostly unknown restaurant it was uncrowded and perfect for an anniversary dinner with my husband.

Where to start. The place was freezing. Only two space heaters were keeping the place STILL cold. A water pipe broke while we were there. The caesar salad was saturated with dressing. The salmon was salty and crunchy. The shrimp cocktail sauce was bland, and the hot chocolate, it was from a Swiss Miss packet with water. It was cheap and not creamy. Great food. Sweet workers. Solid steaks. One of the best Caesar salads I've had. Such a huge portion. Much appreciated, yummy!

The ambiance was pretty nice, although the fettuccine kinda tasted like buttered noodles…

This is a coffee shop that happens to serve steaks that are mediocre at best. It is located in the lobby of a Best Western motel. The food was barely decent. None of the steaks was cooked right. They all had to be sent back to be heated. The waitress Seyka did a great job to accommodate us as best as possible however the bar attendant and greeter Melanie was very rude and abrupt. Not quite sure why she would choose hospitality as a job. I do not recommend nor would I ever go back.
