Probably the best grill in utah. passionate and award-winning owners do it texas style and do it right. chill atmosphere with picnic table and metzger paper. Deliciously pulled boar and brisket. rolling, kartoffel salad and drilling are fantastic. get yourself a sandwich combination with pfeffer jacket cheese slices. this place is defined in the regular rotation.

This place is amazing! The food is incredibly delicious and absolutely satisfying. The atmosphere is relaxed and very casual, which is nice, especially after indulging in their fantastic quality ribs. We ordered nachos, ribs, a salad, potato salad, and mac and cheese, and we enjoyed every single bite! We will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant was fantastic—definitely the best I've had in Utah. I liked it even more than some of the well-known places in Kansas City, as well as a few spots in Texas that I've visited. It was a great place to grab a bite before a BYU game, but I recommend arriving early!

If you dine in take advantage of the wide sauce selections. I don 't have a favorite cause I love 'em all. Here 's a little local secret, if you slip into the drive-thru and time it right, about 1/2 hour to 15 minutes before they close, they may be out of some stuff but what they do have they will serve you up double and triple portions cause they 're trying to unload the last of what they have on hand so it doesn 't go to waste. This tells me their BBQ is always fresh and not hold-overs from the day before and one taste confirms it. Even the sides are uncommonly delicious. If you 're from the South and missing your down home BBQ or just a local looking for something better, well you 've found it. But be prepared, like BBQ the world over, it 's gonna get messy! To steal a line from Colonel Sanders, it 's finger-lickin ' good!

Hey they have a Pepsi Freestyle machine here. First one I've ever seen. Got some Swachos with pulled pork, mac and cheese with some ribs and brisket sandwich. The service was great and staff so friendly and helped me with some cheese I was running out of. They sold out of potatoes and a lot of their meats with only enough pork left for the nachos around 8 pm. By the time I was done eating the kitchen was closed because they were all sold out. The rolls are very soft and bounce back after every bite.
