Crumbl Cookies Orem

I ordered cookies an hour and a half ago, the app says they were delivered, but I never received my order. Customer service said the only way to get a refund is through this store. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes now and no one is answering the phone. I’m extremely frustrated as there is no other way to get in touch with this location short of driving to the store itself. My order was almost $30, and not being able to get a refund or even get someone on the phone is unacceptable.EDIT:I understand that Crumbl as a corporation is not going to be the party to refund my purchase, which is why I left this review for the Orem storefront, as it is where my delivery was supposed to come from. As I am still unable to get any response from the location itself, I will contact customer support, but to be clear, this review is for this storefront, and not the Crumbl Corporation Offices located at 815 W University Pkwy, Orem, UT 84058, although it is close by. My original review was very clearly directed to the store I ordered from.

Work brought in a few varieties a while back: A fruity one, chocolate and peanut butter one. Having tried another cookie shop, the Crumble ones tasted more like store bought ones and artificial. Hopefully the varieties change out and things taste more homemade and fresh next time.If the cookies are made new every day, I'm not sure why they taste like hints of packaged stuff from a store. Maybe I just had bad luck with the ones I tried.

Well, today was the first time I ordered curbside pickup. The lady brought out my box of four cookies to the WRONG vehicle. What’s the point of entering in a vehicle description? Then she brought it to my window and I was waiting for her to open it like they do inside to see if all the cookies look good. She did not. She just handed me the box. When I opened it later, one of the cookies did not look as good as the others. This was NOT a good experience.

Whenever I visit this place, the staff is always very friendly! The cookies are consistently delicious, which is not an easy task. I also enjoy that they regularly change up the flavors.

Last Friday, I placed an order for cookies. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the kitchen was closed and there was no notification on their ordering platform about the shutdown. I was informed that the delivery would be 10 days after I placed the order for four cookies. I tried calling multiple times but there was no update on when the kitchen would reopen, and they were unable to leave a message. I sent an email to cancel the order but didn't receive a response. Despite this, the owners processed my payment without even starting the order. This was terrible customer service. There are many other cookie websites in the area with better customer service, and they will now have my business. Update: A week after posting this review, Crumbl contacted me and refunded my money. Thank you.
