In-n-out Burger - Orem

This is a great spot for a classic American burger, fries, and milkshakes. It gets pretty busy, so if you're short on time, be prepared for a wait. I’m giving it 5 stars mainly for Cooper, who assisted us in the drive-thru. He was super easygoing, and we really appreciated his help. He definitely deserves a raise!

The line was quite long, but it was well organized. Jayden was very polite and patient with all the customers. I have to mention that I waited in line for a long time, and when I got home, I found that my order was incorrect. I had requested no tomatoes and no onions, but when I opened the bag to eat my cheeseburger, both onions and tomatoes were on it.

I wasn't particularly impressed. While their service was fast, which was a plus, the food left much to be desired. I've had better fries at other places; these weren't crispy or very hot. The hamburger looked appealing but didn't wow me. Although they are clean and efficient, the taste just wasn't up to par.

We decided to swing by and get some delicious burgers on our way back home to Colorado! I just love their burgers and fries. We each got the number 1 Double Double with fries and medium ice teas. Total $18.62.

I love In-N-Out! My cravings always satisfied here!! There's always a long line for the drive-thru, but they always have people taking your order outside so by the time you get to the window your order is already made!!
