Jamba Juice - Orem

I enjoyed a beautifully presented smoothie bowl! While I can’t quite recall the flavor of the smoothie itself, I always appreciate the experience of having a smoothie bowl, especially with all the fresh fruit included.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, whenever I request a substitution or a less common menu item, they tend to get it wrong. This might not be an issue for everyone, but it's disappointing for me since my favorite smoothies typically involve modifications to the standard menu. Update: Recently, they've improved significantly in getting my special orders right.

I tried the Go Getter smoothie, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very tasty, so I can't recommend it. However, I would definitely recommend the other options! They're great!

Jessica, Jerid and Savannah, are the absolute best you could ask. Not only is Jamba Juice amazing, but the service is unmatched. If you want a healthy drink that gives you energy with a great smile and efficient service there is no other choice.

Phenomenal customer service. The brand seems to change a lot but the employees are always quick and eager to make things right if you don't like something. It's nice to have a healthy option to eat on campus.
