Lucy's New York Style Pizza - Orem

Terrible service. There were multiple people waiting for over an hour for their pizza, after ordering online and being told to pick the pizza up at a certain time. I asked multiple times for an update and they just told me they didn't know when it would be ready — couldn't even give me an estimate. I also heard the phone ringing constantly while I was in there and they never even bothered to answer it

Awful service. I spent $100 on pizza, they said it would be ready at noon. When I went to pick it up they hadn't even started it. I called an hour later and someone answered the phone to say they weren't taking any orders and then immediately hung up. I called back and they wouldn't even answer my phone call. All this after they tried to default to a 20% tip online and sneak it past me

My favorite pizza place! Love the Pacific with white sauce. We've tried many of their pizzas and they are fantastic. Edit —— After re-visiting Lucy’s, I’m disappointed in their new format. Their business must be suffering greatly to do away with the friendly customer service and to discourage the eat-In option by charging per glass of water, eliminating their complimentary olive/pickle plate, and generally making it feel like a simple take-out pizzeria (but more expensive).

They say new york style pizza, they have no idea on how to make NY pizza. I should know I'm from the Bronx.

This is the best pizza in Utah County. Real deal NY pizza! We often order for the office and will grab some glorious 18” pizzas on the way home on Friday! The pizza is consistently perfect. Great job Lucy’s! So glad you are close by!
