I evaluate the gas station not only the sushi I bought from there as 10 minutes ago it was the same price as sushi from maceys, but the only thing it held together was the case that it literally fell apart as I tried to pick it up I had spent 30 minutes from my time to make better sushi that this.
I like Maverick because they have everything I need. You make the place nice.
The store was clean and nice. But the working guy couldn't be disturbed to replace the cheese machine because he hates these machines. I just wanted Nachos. That's the literal reason I went to Maverick. My heart broke. It's a simple request for help. I guess next time I'll take care of it myself.
I have been consistently been coming into this location for several months and have decided I will no longer be going back! I wish I could give no stars for this location. 1st We are in a world wide Pandemic, your sign says wear masks. However, this locations store manager NEVER wears her mask correctly. Her nose is always out of the mask. THIS DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF THE MASK! She may as well not be wearing it! This morning she was making the food with her nose out of the mask...Be an adult and Manager and set an example! 2nd you cannot count on being able to get hot food/Bonfire Items. One day the case is full of everything and you have a choice. The very next day its empty. I have seen the manager come out of the office to help with the cashiering, why not go do the food when your staff doesn't show or calls in sick? 3rd Cashiers when there is a long line and a new cashier comes on shift, you should grab the next person in line and assist them, not just open up and take the person who happens to be by your counter that has not been waiting in line for 5 min. Open your eyes and see the opportunities for Good customer service. 4th the coffee is not kept fresh like at other locations. I love Maverick coffee and get it everyday sometimes several times a day. This location just does not seam to care about the standards you see at other locations. This makes me sad, but I will be going to a farther away location because this location continually disappoints.
