Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food - Orem

They didn 't even provide the food we ordered. Just veggies and rice, no chicken or beef whatsoever. Update: we called to see if they wanted to make it better, the call went well and it sounded fine. Going in the store to get the missing items was disappointing (to put it mildly). We wanted to try something new, and the Hawaiian vibes of Ohana (means family? Lilo and Stitch reference) seemed appropriate for today, but apparently Ohana means you can seriously disappointnew customers. We won 't be back... ?!? Update 2: admittedly, the food was actually quite good. Their customer service game sucks

This was a great place to dine. The atmosphere was fun, the service was friendly, and the prices were decent. I was a bit shocked that I didn?t enjoy the food as much as I had hoped. It was alright, but friends had heightened my expectations to be better than it was. Still a great place to stop especially if you enjoy Hawaiian food.

Usually good but the past 2 times I've asked for no Mac salad and the container had the Mac salad sauce all over the rice. Like they scraped it out instead of using a new container. Edit : 4/19 Definitely not recommended for people with food allergies. Went again and told them no Mac salad and this time they confirmed it with me but when I got my order it was there.

The Kailua pork was super tender , katsu sauce was perfect as well as the teriyaki sauce , I lived in Hawaii for years and the Mac salad is perfect It brought me back home to the island s with my ohana for supper tonight . will order again portions were the perfect size as well mahalo for such a great meal will order again .. delicious.

My Teri Chicken was covered in black charcoal. Made it hard to eat. The salad was brown. Really disappointed. If I would have received it at the restaurann, ieould have asked for other items or a refund.
