I found the prices to be higher than at other locations I've visited, which I guess is understandable since it's on a college campus. However, the portion sizes of the entrees were significantly smaller compared to other restaurants. The orange chicken had clearly been sitting out for too long; it was chewy and dry. The mushroom chicken was disappointing as well, containing only one piece of chicken and maybe three mushrooms, with the majority of the dish consisting of large chunks of zucchini. Overall, it felt expensive and quite underwhelming. If this is the quality of food being served on campus, I think the prices should be adjusted! On a more positive note, the roasted rice was good, and about 80% of the food I received was served hot. If you're in the mood for a lot of rice with some appetizers on the side, this could be the place for you!
I've been visiting this Panda Express for a few years now, and it's hands down the best one I've ever been to. I've tried many Panda Express locations throughout Utah and even some outside the state, but this one surpasses them all. Even when they're busy, the staff remains friendly and efficient. I always receive my food quickly, and everything is fresh and delicious. In comparison, other Panda Express locations I've been to tend to be slower and of lower quality, even when they aren't particularly crowded. This store, however, is consistently excellent. Occasionally, I might find that some of the food is a bit under-seasoned or has an off ratio of ingredients, but those instances are rare. Overall, this is simply the best Panda Express I've ever visited.
I had mixed vegetables as part of my order. The cabbage and broccoli were barely cooked and covered with dirt. I understand that it is busy and they work quickly to prepare the food. But giving me dirty food is disgusting, it would not recommend.
Your restaurant needs to enhance its availability and customer service. Brown rice is listed on your menu, yet it is never available. When I asked the staff for brown rice, the girl seemed confused. If it's on the menu, why can't you serve it? There should be healthier options offered, and your team should be more friendly and attentive. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. When I tried to reach the manager, my calls went unanswered. Are you understaffed or just too busy to respond? There's certainly a lot of room for improvement.
I?m amazed of how this panda restaurant has changed. Several months ago, I went to this panda and the food was terrible, the customer service was horrible and the people were just so slow, like they didn?t care about you. In fact, I already had decided to never go back to this panda location. Even though I live in Orem, I would drive all the way to the panda in Provo and other pandas. Well, last Saturday I was so hungry that my husband and I had to stop by this panda across the university Mall. Everything has changed. The food was fresh and there was enough of everything, including the green string bean chicken that was always gone. No more immature young teenagers for servers, instead two young adult mature servers who were fast, effective, and paid attention to what you wanted. One of the serves is called Milton, he was nice and fast. The cashier Wendy, was also fast, professional, and nice. She did not make any mistakes with our order. I don?t know who the cook was but we loved the food. The fried rice was moist and tasty, not like other Rice?s we had before that were dry and bare with barely any egg or veggies in it. There was another server that did a great job as well. The line was long but these 4 panda empoyees took care of it super fast and in a professional way. The cook, The cashier and the two servers were all working non stop until we were all taken care of. I loved seeing them work like pros. Now we call them ?The Panda Fantastic 4?, cause they are the perfect Team. The hiring manager did a great job putting this team together. I wish I knew when these people are working so I only stop by those days. I hope panda continues to hire responsible and mature employees like Milton the server and Wendy the cashier, no more inmature uncaring teenagers please. I can?t stand them.
