Sushi Ya - Orem

The service has declined lately, and the quality isn’t what it used to be. We've been dining here for many years and still enjoy the crystal shrimp crunch roll. It's offered as an all-you-can-eat option or à la carte. While it's decent, it doesn't compare to high-end sushi. It's a great spot for large family gatherings.

I usually enjoy the sushi at this restaurant, but the last time I visited with my family, who were trying it for the first time, I was disappointed with the quality of the rolls. They were larger and more loosely packed than usual. What's the point of an all-you-can-eat option when the rolls are overloaded with an excessive amount of rice?

I really enjoy sushi. While it may not be the highest quality or the most authentic, it's still excellent sushi, and you get a generous amount for the price. Be prepared for a long wait if you're a large group or visiting on the weekends. Do yourself a favor and order the Orange Julius! I hesitated to try it at first, but now it's my favorite!

I was here a handful of time, the sushi is good for a great price. As always I went last time, I was not impressed by the service. The staff judged me how many roles I had eaten and were annoyed and how often my waiter had to fill up my drink. It's all you can eat, not how much the employees think you should eat. The waiter held a sign that explains if you did not eat all your meal they would charge you extra. When I went to see how the lady looks on my plate in unbelief and trouble. I think she even charged me extra because the meal was $26 plus my drink, that should have been $28 what my last visit was. This time I was charged $32. Don't you think I'm gonna bring my business back?

The sushi was great, but this was an awful place to take young children. Our options were pay half price for all you can eat, or full price for a roll for them. They wouldn't let us split a roll between them either. For three rolls and two dinner all you can eat, it was $110. I'd go here on a date, but not as a family.
