Umami Japanese Barbeque - Orem

Food was great!! Service was good. Music was terrible! For a pretty authentic Japanese restaurant, they had heavy metal/grunge music playing quite loudly the entire time ‍ ️

Great selection of meat! A variety of sauces were provided. There was fresh fruit and a very nice Yuzu Yogurt to finish the meal with.

I’ll keep it a buck wit y’all…this place is STUPID good. My fiancé and I will always fuggituuppp here. Easily. $30 for all you can eat? Bet. If you piled up ALL the meat we eat each time all at once…it’d be an unGODLY amount. 3/5 for wait time some nights tho.

Unique date night… small buffet where you can grab raw meat and cook it on a little BBQ on your table. Lots of choices on meat options but some concern about knowing when things are properly cooked. The only downside was the BBQ was small for 2 people, I can't imagine a table of 4 making this a easy experiance.

So delicious! Came here for our anniversary dinner and they have so many selections of marinated meats, veggies, fruit, brown& white rice, miso soup, curry, gyoza, and more! I loved their imported orange soda, it was delicious! Cory was a great waiter, overall worth the price! I’m stuffed!
