Contribuisci feedbackThe soda was flat, and the table was wobbly. However, the food was quite good, and the service was outstanding. The subway tile design in the kitchen was very impressive, but the cleanliness standards were lacking. While I was ordering, I felt several flies land on my hair.
The restaurant is poorly managed. While the employees are friendly, dine-in service is unavailable, and the doors are locked, making it impossible to walk in and pick up your order. This should be updated online, as the management really needs improvement. The food was just okay but arrived cold. There are better options nearby, like McDonald's, and other Wendy's locations surpass this one.
I recently visited this restaurant and spent over $40 on food. Unfortunately, the experience was reminiscent of a poorly managed fast food joint. The fries were overcooked and hard, and my husband found something hard in his Baconator. Additionally, the drink station was unclean and only had two or three options available, with the rest out of service. This place definitely needs a health department inspection, and I'm planning to contact the main store manager and corporate about it. This was truly unacceptable.
This used to be the best location near me so I would sometimes skip closer ones for a better experience but that is no longer the case. Recently every time I come here they get something incorrect in my order which is usually fine but tonight I stopped here on the way home and had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When I got in line there was another car in front of me and him and who I'm pretty sure was the manager were having a conversation and then he motioned and the other car flipped around and got behind me which I thought was weird, then I paid and they started handing me food and I looked inside and it wasn't what I ordered and they didn't get my frosty so I waited for someone to come back and they were all just staring at me and then moved out of view of the window, I waited a little longer and they didn't ever come to ask if I had a question or was missing anything so I just left with the wrong food and went to another Wendy's location to get a frosty.
They did an amazing job. It was extremely busy when I came in but they were still able to get my food out to me relatively quickly and it tasted amazing. I think the only thing that I think they can improve consistency. I ordered a cookie and didn't get it and only realized after I left. Other then that the place is amazing
