Beach House Eatery At Orewa Surf Club

The interior is a lil run down it seemed but that was all forgotten when our burgers turned up and what an amazing burger it was. And views of the ocean to match.<br/

On a positive note, this restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, particularly on good weather days, with seating and tables overlooking the seafront. It stands out as one of the few genuine beachfront restaurants in the area. The food, while not exceptional, had a satisfactory taste, although it was a bit salty for my liking, possibly due to the use of salted butter and additional salt. The bread, unfortunately, was slightly over toasted. Despite these minor issues, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating.

Quite nice and relaxed. Bit noisy and we had to rush because kitchen was closing. Check hours before going to have more time selecting your meals. Large portions, enjoyable meal though and service was great

Had a lovely lunch today with friendly service. Food came out very quickly. Great options for kids. Enjoyed the fish tacos. Generous sizing for all meals that were ordered. Lovely setting and relaxed atmosphere.

The calamari was probably the best I have ever had and I eat at a lot of restaurants. So so tender and beautiful sauce . Chips brilliant too Best view in Orewa!! Only grizzle was we weren’t offered water otherwise service was fine. Will be back next week!!
