We came at 7 this evening, the service was impeccable, all the servers we had provided excellent service, a big thank you to Fabio who knew how to accompany his service with his good humor and humor throughout the evening, a big thank you to the whole team for also singing for the birthday at our table. The dishes were good and in quantity. However, this experience will not deserve a higher rating because of one single problem: the person at the checkout who seemed to be in charge. This haughty person allows himself to look down on the entire table, in particular by calling people older than him young man. If it was only that it would still have been, but this dear gentleman takes the liberty of criticizing his server team, in particular the person who served us extremely well throughout the evening, when we try to defend him , this boss once again takes us down by explaining very sympathetically (it 's ironic in case you haven 't understood) that he has been working in the industry for years and that he knows much better than us, that his waiter is lousy and that he talks too much. So Mr. boss (the quotation marks are important because he is not a real chef, in fact we don 't even know if he is one) the restaurant industry is quite a difficult environment, particularly due to the conditions work which is very often MINABLE, your employees are not ANIMALS, and it would be a question of respecting them, especially in front of customers, and your status in no way gives you the right to destroy them like less than nothing before us because you are not worth more than them, it would be a question of remaining humble and coming back to Earth.
