Ace Chinese Food - Orillia

Called at 3pm to make an order for 6pm on New Years Eve.

Ordered from them last nightfood was surprisingly excellentIn fact..Pretty much at the same time..all three of us said"wow.

We order take out food every so often from here. Their combo plates are very good, and you get decent portions. Sometimes we are in town and just drop by and order food and wait for it. Sometimes we call and then go and pick it up. But if they say 15 minutes it will be 30, etc. They do a great pickup and delivery business, but they are a decent sized licensed restaurant, but hardly ever see any one eating there. The pickup or delivery seems to be their main business. Prices decent. You can order on line also.

Mediocre service. Awful Chinese food. I noticed the "regulars" were eating non-Chinese food and it seemed better then the cr*p we got. Would not eat there again on a dare.

We ordered food at the restaurant for take out on New Years Eve. First off there are kids running the front of house and they are always on their phones, very rude. When I finally got to order they said it would be 30 minutes, ok fine I will come back, then the girl says give us your number we will call (strange). Anyways about 30 minutes later more like 40 I drove back to the restaurant to pick up food and pay. Surprise it wasn't ready! I waited another 10 minutes and watched them play on their phones.Customer service really sucks but the food is good and the prices are decent, so if you don't mind being ignored than this is good eats.
