Kfc - Orillia

I ordered two Tuesday specials and was disappointed to find that they are now priced at double what they used to be, and the portions are half the size! One of the legs was missing a significant amount of meat. I think the new owners should consider bringing back the Colonel's original herbs and spices because the flavor just isn't there anymore. It might be time for me to head to Subway for healthier and fresher options, honestly. The new owners should keep in mind that Orillia is a small town, and poor service like this could drive them out of business. I don't usually write reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The women's restroom was in terrible condition; the toilets were dirty and the floor was sticky and grimy, clearly not cleaned in a long time. The dining area also left much to be desired, with unclean tables. The food was a letdown as well—some dishes were overcooked and overly salty, while others lacked any flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered a 3-piece meal with a Diet Pepsi at the drive-thru. The employee was scraping her nail with a drink lid, which was off-putting. They also didn’t have any salads available. My drink cup was only three-quarters full, and there was no ice. Additionally, there was no cutlery in the bag, and the box was not properly closed, causing the fries to spill.

Was looking forward to a nice meal for my family after a long work day. I was extremely disappointed. My chicken was flavorless. I think they add flour to batter to stretch it out cost wise. Chicken cut to unrecognizable pieces. Feather still on some. Gravey flavorless and not good. Coleslaw was watery and not like I remember. Fries were cheap and old. My paper bags were labeled taco bell not KFC. I will never go back and do not recommend. It was a waste of my family's hard earned money. Shame on kfc for even charging what they do for a meal that isnt even fit for a dog.

I have a crispy chicken burger (I forget what it was called, but it was friggin delish. one and only something (and it is not a big thing that I didn't like was that the fries were unsalted and they didn't put salt packages in the pocket. others then everything was really good. the chicken was perfectly boiled and that was waiting fast, even if it was about 5 people in front of me. that was waiting for less than 10 minutes, which made me nothing at all. the cost was quite decent, it was 12 something. I would definitely go back here if I were back in orillia. it is too foot from the hotel where I stayed so that was a bonus.
