Pizza Hut Orillia

Just purchased a pizza and one order of cinnamon rolls, for 40 bucks. Pizza was thin, like a crêpe and loaded with pepperoni. Not sure who thought it was acceptable to charge that price or even attempt to serve something that looks so unpresentable.

If it wasn't for the recipe staying similar over the years, I would not be buying from here. The delivery service is disgusting and the manager defends it with claiming their is no problem. After the claim that my food has arrived, I call and still wait an additional 20 minutes after I am told it is on its way. It's been 20 minutes after the estimated time of arrival and still no food.This has been occurring numerous times but my family do enjoy the way this pizza is made as well as the deals but I am done ordering from this particular restaurant.

New thin crust not so good. But this location worked with me and will replace on next order.

Received a burnt pizza. There was no way to even want to attempt to eat it. Looked awful. Through it out into the trash bin.

Really unfortunate experience at this location. Called to place order in advance and noted we had a Pizza Hut coupon to use, which was verbally confirmed and applied. Went to pick up our order and the store manager tried to tell me that he could not honour it because he did not print it at their location. The coupon had no restrictions on location. We ended up getting it honoured after he made a huge scene about it and was super upset with me over it. It was honestly embarrassing to be a part of and he was relentless about it. I read the parameters and fine print prior to placing the order and was transparent when placing my order to be sure too. I would not go back to this location.
