Contribuisci feedbackThe lovely employee, khushpreet, night shift employee at Tim Hortons at 298 Memorial Avenue in Orillia, Ontario is the best, she knows how to treat her customers, her customer relations skills are second to none. Being in Canada, for such a short time, she has definitely impressed me as a customer and a Canadian, as she is going above and beyond and is very friendly and outgoing, and generally cares! Management material in my eyes!! Tim Hortons’s Corporation should be proud to have young go getter like her representing their store! Rob (Very satisfied customer!
I often take my Grandchildren to this particular Tim Hortons because we can walk to it. But that will change as of today. We were standing next in line to put our order in and I happen to look up and an employee was finally at the cash. I said Oh my Goodness I am sorry I did not here you say can I help you ... With a huge smile on my face... and I proceeded t suggest (in a positive manner) I guess you have to speak louder my dear its noisey in here. She first of all NEVER smiled once, her appearance was awful, her facial expression was NOT welcoming and she rolled her eyes at me. I said please do not roll your eyes at me I was only letting you know your voice must be to soft, she rolled her eyes again and that is when I politely said can you please get me the Manager. She stepped aside and just starred at me, and I said would you please get the Manager for me. The Manager came out and served us as I explained to her that the employees attitude was not fair or welcoming and I hope someone guides her correctly in how to greet and interact with customers. And I thanked her. I am sure nothing was done due to me having encountering this several times .. Employees seem to have negative attitudes and absolutely ZERO customer service abilities. I am 62 years old have have worked in Customer Service as a Manager for over 20years, so I pride myself on my exceptional Customer Service and Management Abilities, not only at work but my every day attitude is always pleasant. I hope this will be looked in to because it does directly affect your Business.
I’ve always gone through the drive thru, and shared laughs with the employees serving me.But this review is for another-mentionable experience. My daughter who frequently visits this Timmys, left the store without her wallet, through a post on face book pleading for the wallet to be returned, we found it! It was turned in and put away for safe keeping. Our faith in humanity is still within us. Thanks to , Amanda our main Facebook lead) and thank you to manager and owner Jen& Carolyn. The gentleman was rewarded for his honesty, from the store. Thank you is just not enough!! Tim Hortons on Memorial ave is one of the Best!
Don't have two drive thru open if you're going to ignore the second one. Waited about 3-5 minutes in the left hand lane, a truck pulls up in the right lane and someone takes their order almost immediately.Walked to Atherly Tim's the other night and waited in line again for about 5 minutes while a lady decided to mop the floor instead of go on counter- drive thru looked busy and had 2 people running around who couldn't necessarily help.Ended up leaving both times without even ordering lol
I ordered a 10-pack of assorted Timbits but received all plain ones instead. Why did this happen? If you don't have any other varieties available, just let me know, and I wouldn't have paid for them. They went straight into the trash. What a waste of money and time!
